Can different teams, bands, clubs and grade levels have their own sections in one middle school shop?+

Yes. Your shop is one branded middle school URL. Build collections inside it: Sixth Grade, Seventh Grade, Eighth Grade, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Cheer, Choir, Band, Drama, Student Council, Faculty. Do you make district-required uniforms (polos and khakis with the school logo)?+

No. District-mandated daily uniforms with required cuts and colors come from school uniform companies.
