Can I sell event tees for our local CrossFit® Open / Throwdown?+

Yes. On Self-Service VIP (and Free), you log into your dashboard and add any item from the catalog, upload as many designs as you want, and publish them to your shop. On the Done-For-You plan, you upload one design per month and we apply it to the top 15 best-sellers automatically. Either way, members order online, we print and ship to them, and you never front cash on event merch that might not sell.

How fast does shipping reach members?+

USA print, ~1 week to the door. Free for the member. Members in California, Florida, Maine. all the same flat free shipping.

I have adults and youth programs. Do you have youth sizes too?+

Yes. Most adult items run from XS all the way up to 3XL, and we have a wide range of youth apparel as well. You can filter the catalog to whatever styles or fits you need.

Can I use this for trainer/coach uniforms separately from member merch?+

Yes. Your shop is one page, but you can organize it into sections. Build a dedicated "Coaches & Staff" section alongside your member section. Self-order coach polos, hoodies and quarter-zips for your team at base price (you get the profit kicked back to your dashboard since it's your own shop).

What's the catch on the free plan?+

No catch. Free stays free. You get every feature, capped at 3 live products at a time. You can build as many products as you want in draft mode and swap which 3 are live anytime. Base prices on Free are slightly higher than VIP. Most boxes start free, sell their first dozen pieces, then upgrade to Self-Service VIP to unlock lower base prices and bigger profit per item. The Done-For-You plan adds a dedicated apparel team to do everything for you, plus a VIP concierge you can email, text or call anytime.

Do my designs stay mine, and can I leave whenever?+

Yes. Your designs live in your media library inside your account. Upload as many as you want, reuse them across products, switch between your phone and your laptop and pick up right where you left off. And there are no contracts. Cancel anytime, no exit fees.

Do I pay anything when an order comes in?+

Zero cost to you when an order comes in. Your member pays the retail price you set. The profit you built into the item lands directly in your dashboard.
