What No Minimum Actually Means

No minimum means you can order one polo to test the fit before committing your whole golf club. There is no setup fee, no plate charge, and no per-order penalty for small quantities. The base price is the same whether you order 1 or 500.

This matters for golf groups that rotate members seasonally, add new players mid-season, or need replacement shirts without reordering the whole team. You add it to your shop, share the link, and players order individually on their own timeline.

How Bulk Golf Polo Orders Work

Bear Grips Pro Shops does not use tiered bulk pricing. Instead, your savings come from the VIP plan: VIP members pay $34.88 base per polo versus $41.95 on the free tier. That is a $7.07 savings per shirt.

For a golf club ordering 50 polos, that gap is $353.50 in savings. For groups ordering quarterly, the math favors upgrading to VIP for the season.

Getting Your Logo or Club Crest on the Polo

Logo placement on our polos covers the front chest area. Upload your design in the product editor: PNG or SVG with transparent background works best. Our system renders a mockup so you can approve placement before any order is placed.

Which Plan Makes Sense for Your Golf Group

The Free plan gives you 3 live products at higher base prices. It works if you just want to test a single polo style with no monthly commitment.

The Self-Service VIP plan is $59/month and unlocks 200 products at the lowest base prices. For any group ordering more than 8-10 polos per month, the per-item savings cover the plan cost.

The Done-For-You VIP plan ($109/month) includes a personal shop advisor who applies your logo to 15 trending products each month, writes product descriptions, and sets retail pricing based on real sales data.
